1) Introduction & Acceptance

Registration & consent. Account creation requires checking “I accept the Terms and the Privacy Policy.” You agree to keep your contact details accurate and up to date for account recovery and compliance notices.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Getatext.com and associated services (the “Services”). By creating an account, logging in, using the dashboard or the API, you accept these Terms and applicable laws. If you do not accept, do not use the Services.

Nature of the Service. Getatext provides digital credits to perform SMS verifications using US numbers backed by real SIMs. The Service is digital and of immediate consumption and is deemed delivered when credits are credited to the User’s account or when an SMS is successfully submitted by our infrastructure. Delivery or acceptance by the third-party service you verify against is outside our control; if such service filters/blocks/moderates traffic, the Service remains fulfilled.

Contractual relationship. The contract is between you (“User”) and Getatext.

Anti-scraping (operational). Any automated capture outside the public API may result in immediate throttling, IP/range/ASN blocking, and account termination. Use the public API as the only permitted interface for automation and respect published rate-limits.

Account & security. You are responsible for accurate data and safeguarding credentials; activities from your account are presumed authorized by you.

Changes. We may update these Terms for legal/operational reasons. We will publish the new version with its date; continuing use implies acceptance.

Linked policies. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy and KYC/AML Policy, which form an integral part of this agreement.

Compliance note: We may verify identity, location and eligibility and suspend or terminate service upon breaches or reasonable risks of abuse or illegality.


2) Acceptable Use (AUP)

Termination & related accounts. A material breach—or any attempt to evade a prior suspension/termination— authorizes immediate closure of your account and any related accounts (as reasonably indicated by signals such as email, IP, device, or payment instrument). Creating new accounts after termination is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited vs. conditionally allowed services (U.S.):

  • Prohibited: banks, regulated MSBs/payment processors, fiat on/off-ramps with U.S. banks, and custodial wallets tied to U.S. financial institutions, including PayPal/Cash App/Venmo.
  • Conditionally allowed: non-custodial wallets, forums, block explorers, provided they are not closely tied to U.S. banking rails.

Third-Party Acceptance Not Guaranteed. Getatext provides number assignment and OTP reception as the Service. We do not guarantee that downstream third-party services will accept a given number, nor that they will allow subsequent use after OTP delivery. Acceptance policies and anti-VoIP/anti-abuse controls of third parties are outside our control.

Card testing and automated abuse are strictly prohibited (scripted attempts to probe payment instruments, endpoint saturation, number farming, or evasion of risk controls).

2.1 Main prohibitions

  • Illegal activities or violations of laws (fraud, unauthorized access, phishing, impersonation, spam).
  • Automated abuse: bots for promo fraud, mass illicit account creation, security bypass.
  • Harmful content: defamatory, discriminatory, or rights-infringing material.
  • Service integrity interference: attacks, unauthorized intrusion testing, deliberate overload, API manipulation.
  • Financial/banking use (prohibited) in the U.S.: banks, payment processors/gateways and regulated MSBs.
  • Crypto (allowed with conditions): only when not closely tied to U.S. banking rails nor requiring fiat on/off-ramps with U.S. banks (e.g., non-custodial wallets, forums, block explorers).
  • Not allowed: U.S. banks, fiat on/off-ramps with U.S. banks, custodial wallets tied to U.S. financial institutions, PayPal/Cash App/Venmo.
  • Evasion of blocks or reopening sanctioned accounts.

2.2 Verification & measures

We may request reasonable documentation (KYC/AML, geocontrols) and apply warnings, suspension, termination, temporary hold of withdrawals/benefits and report to authorities where appropriate.

2.3 User cooperation

You must keep your information up to date and promptly report security incidents (loss of access, unauthorized use).

2.4 Minimum age

The Service is for users 18+. We may request reasonable proof where warranted.

2.5 Fair use & anti-abuse

You will use the Service within reasonable parameters for verification. Interference with Service integrity is prohibited (line hoarding, endpoint saturation, limit evasion, scraping outside the API).

We may apply rate-limits, throttling, suspension or termination upon detecting:

  • Consistent failures — a sustained pattern of orders not resulting in legitimate use.
  • Repeated orders expiring or being cancelled without OTP reception in short windows.
  • Repeated assignments systematically abandoned before use.
  • Attempts to force replacements to obtain a desired pattern.
  • Automations saturating endpoints to reserve or exhaust inventory without real consumption.

2.6 Number farming (prohibited)

Number farming—hoarding or degrading availability via consistent failures—is prohibited. Detection may lead to immediate suspension for review and cancellation of related orders.

Delivery vs. third-party acceptance (OTP). If the third-party service sends an OTP but later disallows use of the number, delivery is deemed fulfilled; only manual review for a balance credit may apply, case-by-case.


3) Service Operation: Types, Pricing, Activation, Cancellations & Limits

3.1 Service types

  • One-time OTP. A number for one verification; access ends upon the first code display, service time expiry, or cancellation per these rules.
  • Re-ordering the same number (OTP). You may request the same number (MSISDN) again, subject to availability. If the number was unused previously, the original price applies; if it was used, a 50% discount on OTP price applies. Valid only for the same account; non-transferable; not applicable to Long Rentals.
  • Long Rental (weekly, monthly, 6 months, yearly). Dedicated number for the contracted term; multiple verification SMS may be received. No voice or outbound SMS. Rental may include replacement for technical/risk reasons without altering the term.
  • Not-listed service. Receiving OTP from a service not in the catalog. Subject to the AUP (including U.S. financial prohibition and conditional crypto allowance).

3.2 Pricing, payments & balance

Payments are credited as balance and deducted upon purchase. Balance deposits, unless required by law, are not refundable to money; any credit is to balance. Exceptional cases may be reviewed case-by-case.

Price/limit changes may occur without prior notice due to market conditions. Material changes will be notified via our channels (dashboard, email or others).

3-D Secure mandatory (cards): each card payment requires 3DS. We do not store card data; each payment requires a new 3DS authentication.

Confirmation of prior satisfaction: by making an additional payment, you confirm no open disputes exist for previous purchases and you waive chargebacks for purchases prior to that payment. If an incident exists, open a support ticket before paying.

Statement descriptor & receipts. Card charges appear as GETATEXT (or a substantially similar descriptor). Email receipts may be sent to the address on file.

3.3 Activation & delivery

Activation is immediate upon order/payment confirmation; continuous availability is not guaranteed. Delivery (OTP) definition: fulfilled when the code is shown in the dashboard or via API. If the third party rejects the number after sending OTP, our service is the successful receipt of the OTP. If later the external service disallows use, it is beyond our control. You may report it for manual balance credit evaluation.

3.4 Cancellation & refunds

OTP: Auto-credit to balance if, after the maximum time, no OTP was received or the number was unusable due to our infrastructure (verification). If the third party sends the OTP but then disallows use, no automatic credit; manual review may apply.

Long Rental (weekly, monthly, 6 months, yearly): 20-minute grace window from activation: if no message is received, you may cancel and the full amount will be credited to balance. After that, the rental is non-cancellable until expiry. Proportional balance credit if there is continued technical interruption attributable to our infrastructure for ≥4 hours (ticket and evidence required).

3.5 Operational limits

We may limit concurrent rentals per account/service to protect availability and mitigate abuse. Limits are shown in the dashboard and may vary.

3.6 Numbers, reselling & replacement

Numbers are not your property; assignment is temporary and may change for operational/risk reasons. Numbers are disposable and may be replaced at any time after use.

Reselling allowed: you may resell our Services (web/API) provided you adopt our AUP/Terms for your end users, publish coherent terms, assume responsibility for your clientele, cooperate in investigations, and do not present yourself as Getatext nor use our marks as your own.


4) Refunds, Disputes & Liability

4.1 Refund policy

Balance deposits are not refundable to money; any credit is to balance. Exceptions may be reviewed case-by-case or as required by law. Rules in 3.4 apply to OTP and Long Rentals.

4.2 Claims procedure

Submit a support ticket within 7 business days from the incident, with order ID, timestamps and evidence. We will acknowledge within 72 business hours and provide an initial resolution within 10 business days (unless complex). If you disagree, you may request management review.

4.3 Chargebacks policy & mandatory prior resolution

If you open a chargeback without prior resolution or despite clear evidence of delivery/usage, we may suspend the account, hold benefits, restrict new payments, debit chargeback fees from your balance, and/or terminate for recurrence. We may also add related signals (email, IP, card fingerprint) to internal blocklists.

Evidence of delivery/usage. The Service is digital and deemed delivered when credits are credited or an SMS is submitted. We may submit logs, 3-D Secure results, and other technical data as evidence.

Mandatory prior resolution. Before any dispute with your bank, you must open a support ticket (4.2) and allow 72 hours for resolution. Failure to do so is a material breach of these Terms.

4.4 Governing law & venue (U.S. — Wyoming)

  • (a) Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (U.S.).
  • (b) Notice & prior negotiation. Before formal action, send a Notice of Dispute to support@getatext.com and allow 14 business days for good-faith negotiation.
  • (c) Non-binding independent opinion (optional). A neutral third party may be used; costs are shared unless agreed otherwise.
  • (d) Exclusive forum & jurisdiction. State courts in Laramie County, Wyoming or federal courts of the District of Wyoming.
  • (e) Injunctive relief. Nothing prevents urgent measures.
  • (f) Consumers & mandatory law. Interpreted harmoniously with non-waivable rights.

4.5 Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a specific Service shall not exceed the amount paid for that Service in the last 3 months. This does not apply in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, or where prohibited by law.

4.6 Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor acceptance of numbers by third-party services.

4.7 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Getatext harmless from claims, fines or costs arising from your breach of these Terms, the AUP or applicable law.


5) General Provisions

5.1 Changes

We may request identity verification (KYC) for high-risk or high-value activity; refusal or failed verification may result in account closure. We will publish new versions of these Terms with the effective date; material changes will be notified.

5.2 Notices

Official communications from Getatext will be sent via support@getatext.com and the General Manager’s Telegram @GeneralManager_Getatext. A notice is deemed received once sent by our systems.

5.3 Assignment

You may not assign this agreement without our written consent. We may assign it in corporate reorganizations, mergers or asset sales.

5.4 Severability

If any clause is invalid, it will be adjusted to reflect the original intent; the rest remains in force.

5.5 No waiver & inactive accounts

(a) No waiver. Failure to exercise a right is not a waiver; any waiver must be express and in writing.

(b) Inactive accounts (cleanup). If a user does not use the system for 3 months after registration and makes no deposits, the account may be suspended and then deleted.

(c) Accounts with balance & dormancy (escheat). For accounts with a balance and no activity for the legally applicable period [1 Year], we will attempt to contact you. If there is no response, the balance will be handled under unclaimed property laws.

5.6 Force majeure

No liability for failures due to events beyond reasonable control.

5.7 Relationship

No agency, partnership, joint venture or employment is created by this agreement.

5.8 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and KYC/AML Policy, form the entire agreement.

5.9 Survival

Clauses on limitation of liability, disclaimers, indemnity, law/venue, IP, and outstanding debts will survive termination.

5.10 Intellectual property & platform use

The site, dashboard, API, and all related content belong to Getatext. Copying or scraping catalogs, pricing, or UI outside the public API is prohibited. Reverse engineering and circumvention of technical measures are also prohibited.


6) Referral Program & Resellers

6.1 Referral Program

  • Benefit: 5% of the referee’s deposits.
  • Cap per referred user: up to USD 1,000.
  • Time window: 30 days from the referee’s registration.
  • No limit on the number of referred users.
  • Settlement: credited to balance; not withdrawable to money.
  • Eligibility: valid deposits only (excludes chargebacks/fraud).
  • Anti-abuse: self-referrals, multi-accounts and deceptive incentives are prohibited.

6.2 Resellers

You must pass these Terms/AUP to your end users and assume responsibility for your clientele, including fraud and chargebacks. Do not present yourself as Getatext or use our marks as your own. Repeated breaches, consistent failures, or anomalous chargeback rates may trigger suspension.


7) API Terms

  • Your API key is personal and non-transferable.
  • Only use documented endpoints.
  • Respect rate-limits and fair use policies.
  • Comply with the Privacy Policy and protect end-user data.
  • Prohibited uses include scraping, reverse engineering, and re-exposing the API as your own.
  • We may monitor metrics and audit usage.
  • Breaking changes will be notified with a reasonable transition period, except for urgent security issues.
  • API support is "as is" and "as available" on a best-effort basis.
  • API keys may be revoked for violations, fraud, or security risks.

9) Closure & Effective Date

Joint acceptance. By using the Services, you declare you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the KYC/AML Policy.

Document priority. In case of conflict, these Terms prevail, without prejudice to non-waivable rights.

Effective date. These Terms take effect from the publication date and supersede prior versions.
